Always the starting place: listening. I won’t take on a project that I don’t believe I can serve extremely well. If we agree the pursuit feels promising—I’ll jump right in. I work fast; I cast a wide net; I go inside and outside the box. I look at whatever you already have or whatever problem you’re trying to solve then we start picking which fish to fry.

I love a small team, even if the organization is massive. I run lightweight, which seems to make clients very happy. I’m not defensive and I care deeply about kindness and reaching audiences heart-first, then knocking the project out of the park.
